$1 Million Lawsuit Filed By Blac Chyna’s Mom Against Wendy Williams For Defamation, Slander and Harassment Has Been Tossed

After a longstanding media/social media war between Blac Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni, and Talk Show Host, Wendy Williams, the legendary host has reigned supreme in a legal battle between the two.
Back in October, Toni filed a handwritten lawsuit against Williams, demanding $1 million for allegedly spreading lies about her and claiming her to be a “gold-digging stripper.” The celebrity mom named Williams and her show producers in the suit, accusing them all of defamation, slander, and harassment for constantly talking about her on “The Wendy Show.”
In the suit, Toni claimed the harassment kept her up at night and ruined her appetite. She also said the increased stress and humiliation has ruined her relationships, “I have never been so humiliated and shamed in my entire life. I am a humanitarian,” she said.

In February, according to The @Blast, the suit moved forward. However, the judge presiding over the case warned Toni that if she didn’t serve Williams with papers linked to the suit, the entire case would be tossed.

Now, two months later, the judge has dismissed the case.

According to the publication, Toni didn’t show up to court to extend the legal battle nor did she ever serve Williams with papers. Now, the talk show host is off the million-dollar hook.
