The weather is constantly changing, especially in the south. One week it’s freezing, then the next week it feels like Florida. In some areas of the world, it feels like it’s actually November versus April or May.
With only a month and half until winter, we wanted to compile a list of essentials to keep you warm. It is not about just being warm but looking fabulous while doing so. Before we get into the essentials, ladies you must have the right lipstick for the season. This is the season of the nudes, reds, dark plums, deep berry, and more.
Now we are ready to get into the essentials needed for your wardrobe. Lets check them out below:
Faux fur is definitely a must-have to stay warm as well as looking fabulous. You can dress them up or down. Style the coat with denim jeans, pumps or boots, and a long sleeve top. The coat can also be worn with a fitted dress and pumps. The coat will set the look off like no other.

Thigh high boots can be worn with jeans, dresses, and skirts for the fall/winter. You can also add ankle boots or flat boots to add a variety to your closet.
Sweaters are definitely a necessity for the fall/winter. To keep it fashionable, look for sweaters with details like sheer, sequins, and more. Style your sweaters with denim or skirts paired with pumps, flats, or boots.
Cardigan sweaters are a must-have. They can be worn to work or even for a date night. To keep it fashionable, I would opt for the fall colors like mustard, dark green, burgundy, and etc. Every girl needs a couple of cardigans to make the cold weather complete.
One of my favorite essentials are stoles. A stole will bring any look to like, whether it is casual or for the nightlife. Grab one that features details and most definitely colors. Check out places like Zara, H & M, Topshop, and my favorite BooHoo.
