UPDATE: (8:54 am EST) – According to The Cincinnati Enquirer, Adam Jones was originally arrested on three misdemeanor charges but later in the morning was charged with a felony for harassment of a member of the medical staff in the justice center with a bodily substance after he spit on a nurse at the jail.
