Another One Bites The Dust: Seattle Seahawks’ Earl Thomas Marries High School Sweetheart – blogged by @LoveRubyWoo

Over the weekend, Seattle Seahawks safety Earl Thomas married his high school sweetheart, Nina Baham-Heisser. The newlyweds, who both hail from Texas, have been together for years and they have an adorable 3-year-old daughter named Kaleigh Rose.

Earl surprised Nina with a proposal during his youth football camp last summer, and he says even he didn’t know he was going to propose that day.

“Nobody knew. I just told my agent, get the ring out of the car. So I did it,” Earl told Bleacher Report. “That’s my high school sweetheart. I was thinking to myself, I think I come alive when I’m around this type of environment, so what a perfect way to top this off…we were there, me and her.”

A number of Seahawks players were in attendance, including fellow Legion of Boom member Kam Chancellor, who was one of Earl’s groomsmen, and quarterback Russell Wilson, who brought his lovely lady Ciara. Other NFL players including Jamaal Charles, Clint Gresham, and more also showed up to celebrate Mr. and Mrs. Thomas’ big day.

The ceremony took place at the Chateau Cocomar in Houston. The gorgeous wedding was organized by Tiffany Cook Events and included all-white flower arrangements, crystal decor, and royal-themed dinnerware. And the best part? Earl walked down the aisle wearing a crown and a cape fit for a king.

Congrats to these two on their nuptials. Check out some more photos from the wedding below.

Congrats to the happy couple!!
