August Alsina Talks Miracle Watts, Groping On Stage, Suicide & Family On The Breakfast Club (VIDEO)

August Alsina stopped by Power 105’s The Breakfast Club this morning in preparation of the release of his new album, “This Thing Called Life”. He talks about his family issues, thoughts of suicide and his relationship with Miracle Watts.

“I spent time with this girl one time, for maybe about a week and a half and she told me, ‘Do you realize that you have all of these different personalities? Sometimes you’re hear and sometimes you’re not.’ I’m just kind of all over the place,” August tells The Breakfast Club.   He admits that the girl was Miracle Watts. When asked if they had sex, he silently gives Angela a bit of a look that would imply they did.

On “Groping” A Female Fan On Stage

I had a show in Baton Rouge and there’s a part where I call a lady on stage. To be honest, when I saw that video I didn’t even know.. I had no idea that was even happening [that I grabbed her chest]. When I realize, I jacked my arm back. But I talked to her and she’s actually more upset [at the media] than I was. That’s what media does. They make you out to be a monster. She was a real fan. Don’t try to corrupt my fans.

I chose to name the album that because life has taken me places. REAL places. Good and bad. I come from absolutely nothing to having a whole lot of everything.

On The Text Message From His Cousin He Posted On Instagram

Everybody has some sort of hate for me for reasons I can’t even explain. Every one feels like I should this or that for them and their 12 kids. They’re just angry and I can’t do nothing about that. At a certain point it becomes ‘yeah, you’re my family, but I don’t trust you my nigga. I can’t have you around me because if you can say something like that to me, you can kill me, simply because you don’t want to see me happy and living my life.’ My nieces, that’s my family.

When asked about his mom..

Let me say this about my mom; my mom is a queen for giving me life and raising me. I can never take that away from my mom, but we all have issues.  I was thinking of killing myself, didn’t have my mother to talk to. I went through so many surgeries, my mom didn’t even check on a nigga. I’m damn near dead and losing my vision and you don’t check on your kid? It’s cool because it teaches me, when I have a child, that’s when I’m going to have a family.

When asked if August still contemplated suicide, he had a hard time answering.
