Baller Alert editor, @eleven8, was on the red carpet for FX’s new original series “Atlanta.” The show, which premieres TONIGHT, September 6 at 10pm EST, is about two cousins in the ATL, one is an aspiring rapper and one is a dreamer with plans to stop living paycheck to paycheck. They both go through trials while working together to make their dreams come true.
The show is written, executive produced by and stars actor/rapper Donald Glover. While on the red carpet we talked to Glover, as well as the rest of the cast, about the importance of the show ditching the glitz and glam we see on reality television for a more true Atlanta look and feel.
