Baller Alert correspondent @giapeppers, was live at the red carpet premiere of “Hands of Stone,” a film about legendary trainer Ray Arcel (Robert De Niro) who comes out of retirement to coach world-class Panamanian boxer Roberto Durán (Edgar Ramirez) as he gears up for his fight with world renowned fighter Sugar Ray Leonard (Usher Raymond).
While on the red carpet, we got to talk to Sugar Ray Leonard and ask him about how he felt having Usher depict him in the film. We also talked to Usher about how he prepared for such a tough role.
“Hands of Stone” hits theaters Friday, August 26.
