Last month we shared with you guys that Karrueche Tran was working on her cosmetic line, KaePop. Well, the collection has launched and it features matte eye shadows, lipsticks and lip pencils, blush, highlighter, and contour bronzer. Each piece is affordable and under $8. The shades from the collection are for all skin tones and perfect for your everyday look. To show you guys just how perfect for “every day” they are, Karrueche put together a tutorial on how to easily transition from a daytime look to an evening look in just minutes.
Before starting the transition, she has Wilshire and Sunset Boulevard on her lips, Glo Up on her cheeks, Chi lip liner, and Chi liquid matte for her lips. To add color to her look, she adds Crenshaw to her eye lids. The color forms the transition of her look. Next, Karrueche adds the KaePop blush to her cheeks. Since she already has blush on from her daytime look, she doesn’t add too much as to not overdo it and result in the makeup being too heavy.
Now, Karrueche already has Chi on her lips, so she adds Kae to her lips for a bolder lip color. For an ombre look, Chi is added to the middle of the lips. Once the lippy is added, she makes sure to blot and then define her lips more by lining them a bit with the ‘Chi’ lip liner. While her lips are drying, she adds eyelashes to her look. What is an evening look with the eyelashes?
Now that eyelashes are in place, she allows them to dry and adds concealer under her eyes. Once the eyelashes have dried, mascara is applied. If you have oily skin, you can add a matte setting powder to set your look.
And there you have it! A flawless transition from daytime sleek to evening chic!
