Well it looks like the wait is finally over!
Gucci has officially released their collection with Harlem’s hip-hop tailor, Dapper Dan. For those that have been living under a rock, Dan was the go-to guy for hip-hop for some of the hottest custom pieces since the 1980’s. Dapper Dan was most known to turn inspired Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Fendi prints imported from Korea, into one of a kind, eye-catching fashions and sell them out of his boutique.
The long-waiting collection brings back the LL Cool J and Salt-N-Pepa flavor with “a contemporary interpretation of streetwear and accessories has been developed for a new generation,” according to the luxury brand’s website. The collection features a variety of pieces from high-waist denim, fanny packs, bomber jackets, backpacks, and so much more.
If you have been a fan of Dapper Dan’s work, now you can grab your hands on one of the most creative collections of all time from the luxury brand. The collection ranges from $240- $7,900.
