Some people consider it rude to discuss others’ finances. Welp, the NFL doesn’t feel that way. The 2015 off season has been extremely interesting. Players waited longer than virgins for marriage to ensure they were going to get a paid -fairly.  Others just signed on the dotted line and some are even raking in the bucks from contracts that weren’t signed this year. Who received top coins in 2015?

20) It’s a tie between Mario Williams of the Bufflao Bills and Cincinnati Bengals QB, Andy Dalton. Both are scheduled to make $16,000,000 this season with their six-year, $96 M contracts, but Mario has the most in guarantees-$31.4 M to be exact. Andy has $17 M.

19) Calvin Johnson’s seven –year $113.45 M contract with $48.75M in guarantees has the Detroit Lions player smooth walking on $16, 201,143 this season.

18) Peyton’s little brother, Eli, is getting that check cut to the tune of $16.25 M. His six-year $97.5 M deal with $35 M guaranteed is a nice thank-you gift for those two rings the Giants earned with Eli.

17) Arizona Cardinals’ Carson Palmer tops Eli by a quarter mill this season. His $16.5 M salary this appears courtesy of his three-year, $49.5 M contract with $20.5 in guarantees.

16) He has 99 problems, but a check ain’t one. The Houston Texans’ savage, J.J. Watt signed a six-year, $100 M deal with almost $52M in guarantees last year earning the defensive player a cushy $16,667,71 this year.

15) Kansas City Chiefs’ Justin Houston took KC for a check, check, check, check, check…. this off season. Signing a six-year, $101 M dollar deal with $52.25M guaranteed, Houston is the second-highest paid defensive player. His salary this season is $16.8 M

12) Say “Hi” to Matthew Stafford of the Detroit Lions. The dude with the infectious smile, has a three-year $53 M contract with 83% ($41.5M) of his contract guaranteed. I’d be all smiles too if my salary was $17,666,667 this season.

11) Cowboys infamous QB, Tony Romo has those checks waiting for him at the bank’s door.  Romo’s $18M salary this season is courtesy of his six-year $108M deal  which includes $55M in guaranteed money.

2) The ink hasn’t even dried on the contract yet and Russell Wilson ranks second with his four-year, $87.6 M ($60 M is guaranteed) deal.  Judging by the deal, Ciara isn’t the only one that wants a FUTURE with Wislon. The Seattle Seahawks are scheduled to pay Russ $21.9 M for the privilege this season.
