Cardi B. Is Having A Baby Girl!

After several slip-ups and unconfirmed reports, Cardi B has officially announced that she is expecting a baby girl.

The speculation began back when Cardi announced her pregnancy on SNL. Although rumors swirled about a baby Bardi, the Bronx-bred “Bodak Yellow” rapper chose to keep the news under wraps until she was ready.

After the reveal, many were elated to finally share the news, including Cardi’s younger sister, Hennessy, who accidentally hinted at a specific gender before she altered it to something more neutral. However, the speculation didn’t end there; the hints picked up earlier this week when The New York Times released their feature on Cardi’s Met Gala prep.

“The beading is just crazy, and then,” she said, holding her belly. “shorty weighs three and a half pounds,” she added as everyone laughed, “she do,” Cardi said.

But on Tuesday, Cardi revealed the news once and for all on SiriusXM’s “The Howard Stern Show,” after the host asked her the sex of the baby. “I’m having a girl,” she said.
