Did Cardi B Leave Love & Hip Hop For Greener Pastures?

The last couple of years have been tremendous for Cardi B. After propelling her career by joining the cast of Love & Hip Hop, could the reality television star be calling it quits?

Back in November it was revealed that Cardi B had nabbed a role on BET’s Being Mary Jane. Now, while on Instagram Live this week, Cardi revealed that she is leaving Love & Hip Hop to pursue other things — namely her acting career.

Cardi clarified that her split from the reality franchise has nothing to do with Mona Scott-Young, in fact she loves Mona. She also says it has nothing to do with money. It all boils down to the social media star being too busy pursuing other endeavors in 2017. Who can blame her, right? Use Love & Hip Hop as a stepping stone to bigger and greater things. That’s how you do it!
