Damon “Boogie” Dash, son of Dame Dash, takes sex very seriously. So seriously he may choke you over it. According to authorities, 22 year old Damon Dash II was taken into police custody last Tuesday for allegedly strangling his girlfriend, Chelsea.
“They had an apparent dispute over sex,” a law enforcement source told The NY Post, “She was visiting him at his apartment, he got violent with her, starts to punch her, slap her and shove her onto the bed, got on top of her, he grabs her by the throat and chokes her.”
Police say they briefly reconciled but then got into another fight which then caused Chelsea to call the cops. The misdemeanor complaint says Boogie “placed both hands around neck and squeezed tightly” to the point where the victim had trouble breathing.
Dash was arraigned on Wednesday and signed an order of protection barring him from contact with Chelsea. He was later released without bail.
“He did get physically violent with her,” the source added. “She suffered bruises, a black eye and a cut lip.” Her neck was left with red marks, the complaint alleges.
Who knew that a kid named Boogie could have so much anger in them?
