Eva Marcille Files Restraining Order Against Fiance Kevin McCall

According to reports, America’s Next Top Model winner, Eva Marcille and her Fiance Kevin McCall are having domestic issues and one violent issue lead to Eva filing for a restraining order.

The couple who just gave birth to their daughter Marley 2 months ago, are in the headlines after Eva says Kevin violently kicked down 4 doors in their home and tried to snatch their child from her arms. The report also claims that Kevin threatened to punch her. She filed for the restraining order on March 28th but on April 4th, posted a new photo with she, Kevin & Marley with the caption “Family First”. According to the restraining order, Kevin’s required to stay 100 yards away from Eva. So much for that.
