Fetty Wap was arrested and charged after racing another driver on a New York City highway Friday morning.
According to TMZ, cops spotted the New Jersey rapper doing over 100 mph in a 50 MPH zone. Wap was in his 2015 Mercedes at the time of the incident. When he was pulled over, cops noticed he was under the influence almost immediately. The rapper then gave officials an expired Jersey driver’s license and was given a Breathalyzer, which he failed with a .09

The rapper was booked on 15 charges, including reckless endangerment, drag racing, DUI, driving without a valid license, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
