The Game’s attempt at getting the judge to allow him another chance to defend himself in court has been denied.
Last month The Game was ordered to pay $7 million to Priscilla Rainey, the woman who accused him of fondling her while on set of his reality show. Due to The Game missing his court date, he request that the judge lower his $7 million settlement or allow him a do-over. Unfortunately, neither of those will be happening for now due to the way his paperwork was filed.
According to TMZ, The Game didn’t present the motion properly and left out important information like hearing dates and times. For now his request has been denied, however the judge will allow him to file his motion again the proper way.
