Google Admits They “Dropped The Ball” After Listing LaVar Ball As NBA Founder

Earlier today, an additional accomplishment was mistakenly added to LaVar Ball’s resume after Google accidentally listed the Big Baller Brand founder as the founder of the NBA. Although the father of three has created his own lane and made his own rules for his sons to follow, he did not found the National Basketball Association.

The mistake quickly spread across social media, with many suggesting users to simply type in, “NBA Founder” in Google’s search bar for a special surprise. In turn, the search revealed Ball’s biography.

According to TMZ, some thought Google may have been playing a trick on users, but the company cleared up the mistake in a statement to the publication.

“Clearly we dropped the ball. Our team worked to address this issue quickly and within hours of being notified, we were able to fix the issue,” the company told TMZ.
