On Sunday, 24-year-old Anthony Burgess Jr. was parked by a friend’s apartment and got out to meet him. As Burgess got out off his car, his little girl followed him but he told her to get back in his car and wait.

While climbing across the front seat the little girl accidentally hit the gear shift which sent the car towards a nearby pond. Burgess and his friend noticed the car moving and jumped in after the toddler. They were able to get the girl out but the car sank deeper.
