Jamie Foxx is really a modern day hero. Around 8:30pm Monday night the actor sprung into action after seeing an overturned vehicle in flames. The vehicle appeared to have skidded on wet roads, hit a ditch and flipped upside down right in front of the gates of Foxx’s Hidden Valley home.
Foxx says that he heard the accident and ran to the scene where he saw the driver bucked into his seat. In fear that the car would explode, he unbuckled the man and dragged him about 30 feet away. When cops and firefighters arrived at the scene, the driver was transported to the hospital where they were treated.
Luckily Jamie was not only there to rescue the driver, but also call 911. Things could have been way worse.
