Judge Declares A Mistrial In Bill Cosby Sexual Assault Case

After several days of deliberation, the jury in the Bill Cosby sexual assault case remains deadlocked. The judge has moved forward to declare a mistrial.

Bill Cosby, 79, was accused of drugging and having sex with Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee, at his home in 2004. Cosby was charged with three second-degree felony counts of aggravated indecent assault.

On Thursday, the jury informed the judge that they could not make a unanimous decision after 30 hours of deliberation. The judge urged the jury to go back and try for a decision. It seems that the jury was still unable to make a decision.
