Just Because I Love You Doesn’t Mean We Have To Be Together

We go into relationships hoping for a happily ever after. Sometimes, things don’t always go as planned due to different situations or circumstances that may have taken place in the relationship.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When you have constantly tried to make things better to ensure that you and your partner are happy but things seem to get worse, it’s time to let it go. There’s no need to be in a toxic relationship with someone if you don’t see progress or happiness.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now, I’m not telling you to give up on your relationship but if you have tried everything from communication, counseling, compromising, etc., and it’s still not working, you have to move on. Regardless of how much you love someone, you can’t stay in a relationship hoping for the better, then five years later you still find yourself saying the same things over and over.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All relationships that we go into have the possibility of ending. We don’t truly know what the future has in store for us but let’s not settle because you think you are supposed to be with someone.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can love someone to the moon and back but if they are not helping you grow, you have to do what is in your own best interest.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We can love unconditionally but if someone isn’t showing you the same, it’s time to make changes. You can love them with all of your heart but sometimes we have to love them from a distance.
