Lawyer Claims New Tape Shows R. Kelly Having Sex With and Peeing On Underage Girl, Who Refers To Her Private Areas As “14-Year-Old P*ssy”

 Last month, Lifetime released the highly-anticipated docu-series, “Surviving R. Kelly,” which detailed years of alleged abuse against young and underage girls at the hands of the self-proclaimed Pied Piper. Since then, investigators revisited evidence of Kelly’s abusive and manipulative history and launched an investigation into the claims. 

But now, one month later, a man, who officials are calling a whistleblower against Kelly, has turned over a new VHS tape that appears to show the R&B super star having sex with a girl who, according to CNN, “refers to her body parts as 14-years-old.”

The tape was turned over to Cook County State Attorney’s Office in Chicago last weekend. 

“My client knows the identity of the girl and R.Kelly,” Michael Avenatti, who is representing the whistleblower, told CNN. “He identified the two of them on the videotape. He worked for and has known R. Kelly for decades, and he met the girl on a number of occasions.” 

In addition, Avenatti also released a statement, detailing the graphic discovery. 

“Included in the evidence we recently uncovered and recovered is a VHS videotape of Mr. Kelly engaging in multiple sexual assaults of a girl underage,” he said in the statement, which was captioned, “In response to press inquires, attached is a stmt regarding our work on R. Kelly matter since April, including the discovery of new critical video evidence establishing his guilt.” 

“This tape, which is clear, is approximately 45 minutes in length and has never previously been publicly disclosed or, until recently, provided to law enforcement,” Avenatti added, making it clear that the video was NOT the same as the one used in Kelly’s child pornography trial. 

According to CNN, there are two scenes on the video, one in a living room and another in a bedroom, where the girl is heard calling a naked man, who appears to be R. Kelly, “daddy” as he performs multiple sex acts with the girl. While the girl’s age remains unknown, both refer to her private areas as, “14-year-old p*ssy.” 

As the video continued, the man asks to pee on the girl, which she allows, mirroring the acts of the previous tape, in which Kelly was arrested for child pornography in 2002. 

In the meantime, Kelly’s lawyer said he has not heard anything about the new information regarding his client, saying, “We have not been contacted by anyone. We have not been informed about any new information by anyone, and we have not been contacted by law enforcement.”
