February isn’t quite long enough to keep up with all of the movies that are coming to theaters this month. And just by looking at the trailers everyone is eager to see what will happen next. Here are the five most fascinating new movies you must see…
Miss Bala- Gina Rodriguez finds the strength she never thought she had when she got dragged into a destructive world of cross-border criminal acts. Surviving will demand all of her clever, ingenuity, and force.
What Men Want- Starring Taraji P. Henson, who is a female sports agent and has been consistently boxed out by her male co-workers. When she obtains the power to hear what men are thinking, she is able use it to her advantage as she rushes to sign the NBA’s next superstar.
Happy Death Day 2U- If you watched the first Happy Death Day, then you know the sequel is about to get even weirder and interesting. Actress Jessica Rothe mentioned that the film will continue where it left off in a Back to the Future-like similarity.
The Prodigy- Taylor Schilling stars in The Prodigy as Sarah, a mother whose young son Miles’ unbearable behavior alarms that a wicked, perhaps supernatural strength has overtaken him. Afraid for her family’s protection, Sarah must grasp with her motherly instinct to love and guard Miles in favor of investigating what or who is provoking his dark side. She is forced to seek responses from the past, taking the audience on a bumpy ride; one where the line between understanding and certainty remains unclear.
Isn’t It Romantic- New York City architect Natalie, played by Rebel Wilson, works hard to get acknowledged at her job but is more probably to be questioned to deliver coffee and bagels than to create the city’s next skyscraper. And if things couldn’t get worse, Natalie, a lifelong doubter when it comes to love, came across a robber that leaves her unconscious, waking to find out that her life has unexpectedly become a horrible nightmare, a romantic comedy at that and she is the star of it all.
