Naya Rivera Files For Divorce from Husband of Three Years

Just days after Naya Rivera was arrested for putting hands on her husband, Ryan Dorsey, the actress has filed for divorce.

In legal docs obtained by TMZ, Rivera is asking for joint custody of the couple’s 2-year-old but is also requesting that the judge deny spousal support for Dorsey. Rivera’s filing comes just one year after her previous filing that was later dismissed.

The actress is citing irreconcilable differences for ending her marriage of three years, but sources tell TMZ that her recent arrest was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Apparently, this isn’t the first time police got involved in their marriage, the three previous times police were called Rivera was reportedly the victim.
