Nipsey Hussle’s Alleged Killer Indicted by Grand Jury, Faces Life In Prison

Nearly two months after the untimely death of the late great Nipsey Hussle, the alleged triggerman in the incident has formally been charged with Hussle’s murder.

According to Fox11, Eric Holder has been indicted by a Grand Jury for the murder of Nipsey Hussle. According to L.A. County District Attorney, Holder has also been slapped with additional charges for the other two victims injured in the incident.

Initially, officials charged Holder with four crimes, including premeditated murder. However, after the further review, the Grand Jury moved to indict Holder on murder, possession of a firearm and two counts each of attempted murder and assault with a firearm.

According to the publication, the indictment was unsealed on Tuesday and also revealed that Holder personally used a handgun to “cause great bodily injury and death.” Despite the alleged evidence, Holder pleaded not guilty to the charges and is now expected to stand before a judge on June 18.

Holder’s bail has been set at $6.53 million. If convicted, the gunman faces the possibility of life behind bars.
