Phoenix Suns Offer Birthday Celebration To Boy After No One Shows Up To His Party

After an Arizona mom posted a photo of her son sad and alone at his own birthday party, the Phoenix Suns stepped up to give the boy a memory that could last a lifetime.

According to Sil Mazzini, she invited more than 30 children from her son’s school to celebrate his birthday with him at a local pizza restaurant, per KTLA. Unfortunately, no one showed up.

Mazzini posted a photo of her 6-year-old son sitting at an empty table, asking her social media friends to send him love so that he wouldn’t be so down.

Fortunately, The Suns got ahold of the picture and offered a do-over.

“How about we celebrate with thousands at our place,” the team’s twitter account suggested.

The team made contact with the boy’s mother and invited him to watch them play on Wednesday against the Lakers along with other surprises. Turns out Teddy may enjoy his birthday after all.
