Just four months after NFL lineman Roy Miller was fired in the wake of his domestic violence arrest in Florida, his wife is spilling the tea in her new legal docs against him.
According to TMZ, Miller’s wife has slapped him with divorce papers, in addition to her temporary restraining order for the Nov. attack.
In the docs, Miller’s wife says the former Kansas City Chief attacked her and ripped her hair out in front of their kids. She also says he is an alcoholic, which has compromised his ability to be a parent. In addition, she says he has been trying to drain the family’s bank account to leave her with nothing.

On the other hand though, Miller has filed court docs of his own to deny the allegations. The two are expected to face off in court later this year.
