Over the summer we thought the beef between Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches was over. The reached a $5 million divorce settlement and under the terms of the settlement neither party was allowed to bash the other party. Read about that HERE. Sounds reasonable right? Well, Siohvaughn doesn’t think so.
Siohvaughn Funches has filed legal documents saying that she has never agreed to several terms in the settlement, including the gag order. This isn’t the first time Siohvaughn has said she didn’t agree to the settlement. Siohvaughn has made it very clear in the past that she thought her legal team was making decisions without her.
Siohvaghn wants a judge to nullify the agreement, which would force Dwyane Wade back to the bargaining table. She also adds that if Dwyane can bash her in his new book, she should have the same right.
This is the situation that never ends.
