Rapper/Actor Kaalan Walker is currently sitting in the Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles after he was arrested for suspicion of rape by numerous women he met on social media.
The series of sexual assaults date back to 2016. According to a statement from the LAPD, Walker lured aspiring models and actresses from social media by promising professional work. The statements says, “In each of the cases, aspiring models were contacted by Walker via social media with the premise of being hired to work professionally. While alone, each of the victims reported that Walker sexually assaulted them.”
He is currently being held on $1 million bail. The Los Angeles Police Department-Van Nuys is asking for the public’s assistance with information that could help additional victims come forward.
