Just weeks after reporting the traumatic groping incident to the police, Terry Crews has decided to take legal action against his assailant.

According to TMZ, Crews has filed a lawsuit against the agent he claims groped him at a Hollywood party last year. Although the investigation is still ongoing in the wake of the police report that accuses Adam Venit of sexual assault, Crews has filed a lawsuit detailing the incident.

In the suit, the actor says Venit starred at him “like a rabid dog, sticking his tongue in and out of his mouth provocatively.” He said he then pushed Venit away after the assault and turned to Adam Sandler to report the incident, saying, “Adam, come get your boy! He’s grabbing my nuts.”
