Bulgari is known for its exquisite and grandeur collection of signature fragrances but this one tops the list of their rap sheet.

Bulgari sold its most expensive perfume, the Opera Prima, for $248,148 dollars.

The fragrance contains hints of lemon, orange blossom, musk, and florals merged to exude a Mediterranean feel. The perfumer partnered with a glassmaker from Venini to embody the design.  The bottle is adorned with gold leaf, 250 karats of citrine, 4.45 karats of amethyst and 25 karats of diamonds.

The perfume debuted back in 2014 for Bulgari’s 130th anniversary and has finally found the right buyer in the UK.
