That’s Baller: $250 Million Bel-Air Mansion Is Now The Most Expensive U.S. Home

This Bel-Air mansion has just been listed as the most expensive home in the United States. The $250 million, 38,000-square-foot pad has officially topped the $195 million mansion in Manalapan, Florida. The home is both gorgeous and breath-taking all in one.

This one-of-a-kind home has everything you could want and need. It has 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, three kitchens, six bars, a massage room and spa, and fitness center. The home was taken to another level with the two wine-champagne cellars, the most advanced home theater in any U.S. home, and an 85-foot infinity pool.

The $250 Million mansion took more than 300 people and over four years to build. Although the home is not the largest new home listed, the Bel Air property is a marvel of technology, design, craftsmanship, exotic materials and natural views.

Bruce Makowsky, the developer who built this beauty, wanted to create a “curated lifestyle” and an experience that would appeal to a new class of global billionaires.

“I wanted to redefine what super-high-end luxury homes are all about. I wanted to break all the molds. The level of quality and attention to detail in this house is unsurpassed. And I wanted to create the greatest feeling that you can have being at home.”

Let’s take a look on the inside. I guarantee you will fall in love.

The balcony of the master bedroom is gorgeous. Check out the view!

The pool area features an 18-foot wide, 12-foot tall, 4k TV screen that can be raised and lowered. It also has    a swim-up bar and oversized Jacuzzis.

The 30-foot TV screen in this lounge is said to be the largest TV in any residential home.

The Bel Air mansion’s screening room has seating for 40.

The first-floor entertainment area has a four-lane bowling lounge with a wall of gold bowling pins

I guess you can say that the designer thought of the kids too with giant candy wall. The candy wall borders an entertainment area that features four glass foosball tables and a custom-built glass ping pong table.

The interior dining area has a good view of a giant $1 million art installation of a Leica camera.
