The American Dream Epicenter Will Feature All-In-One Theme Park, Water Park And Massive Shopping

American Dream is not a mall, it’s an epicenter that will include a theme park, waterpark, and a shopping center all-in-one.

Located in East Rutherford, NJ, just seven miles out from NYC is the 3-million-square-foot complex building that is nearly the size of 16 acres. The center includes multiple rides, amusement, as well as the new Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park and the DreamWorks Water Park. Visitors can rent a cabana, drink by the poolside and have some fun on the numerous water slides. The water park even features a glass ceiling, which allows guests to still get their tan on without being outside.

If you’re looking for some fun on the snow, the complex has that as well with the world’s first indoor Big Snow ski and snowboard center, including a chalet for all your après ski needs. In addition, the super-mega mall includes an NHL-sized ice rink, an Angry Birds-themed, 18-hol mini-golf course, a bunny ranch, and an aviary. The directory will also include an aquarium, a movie theater, and Legoland.

If you still want your typical mall shopper feels, you’re in luck.

The center will be decked out with stores like Saks Fifth Avenue, Barney’s New York, Hermès, Moncler and Tiffany & Company. The food court will feature over 100 dining options, including 20 full-service restaurants Kosher dining hall, a Coca-Cola Eats food hall and a Munchies food space for snacks.
