Looks like Usher’s Alpharetta, Georgia Mansion is finally off the market. This fabulous pad includes a yoga studio, a climate controlled treehouse, a covered terrace bar, and a guest house with a dance studio.

Usher originally put the house on the market in 2008 for $1.95 million but ended up taking it off the market after two months. He then put it back on the market last year for $2.48 million. It wasn’t selling so he lowered the price and someone bit the bait. He sold the house this month for $1.5 million. Now that’s baller.
