Woman Who Shot Man In Head-On Facebook Live Only Gets Charged With Tampering Evidence

A woman and two men were at a gas station in Houston when a simple car ride at two in the morning turned into a sinister situation really fast, and it all happened on Facebook live.

On Easter Sunday, the three were sitting in a car at the gas station on Live, playing with a gun. Suddenly, the female put the barrel of the gun in the camera and yelled, “We draw down on them h*es.” She then cocked the gun and pointed it at the victim, Devyn Holmes, who then told her she is making him nervous.

Shortly after, the other guy warned the woman that there was no clip in the gun, which prompted the woman to test it out. That is when you see and hear the gun pop with it aiming at Holmes’ head still. He then falls over to the side as blood releases from his head and he sighs deeply. Both passengers then get out of the vehicle until officials arrived. Again, all of this happening on Facebook live.

Holmes is currently in critical condition. The female who fired the gun is only getting charged with tampering with evidence because the police say she tried to wipe off her hands before getting tested for gunpowder residue.
