Your Baller Told You To Get Weave …He doesn’t like your “nappy” hair

 

What do you do when your Baller isn’t with Team Natural Hair? For some odd reason there aren’t many Ballers who date natural haired beauties. The Ballers of our time tend to look for the women with the European or Latin look, but when it comes to the sistas, she’s gotta rock the straight hair or he’s not with it….why?

 

What would be a few reasons that a Baller chooses the girl with the weave?

 

– He’s looking for his trophy wife Barbie – Men can be very superficial at times. They say you can’t trust a big butt and a smile, but I think they will sacrifice trust for a nice big butt. Men want someone they can show off to everyone else. They worry about the opinions of their friends entirely too much. If you don’t look like a vixen from his favorite video, chances are you’re not who he’s choosing.

 

– He’s got a complex – …and whatever that complex is, it doesn’t involve your curls, locks or kinky twists. Some men are just into the “European” look and have been brainwashed by societies idea of beauty, you can’t change em. How do you find out if your Baller is one of those types? Tell him you want to Amber Rose your hair and watch out for the fit that he throws. If his anger is at an 8 on a scale from 1 to 10, he’s definitely got a complex.

 

– Natural women are uppity – Or maybe that’s the impression he gets. I’ve come across quite a few women that have chosen the natural route that have this feeling of entitlement. For example, have you ever met a woman with natural hair who felt the need to tell you that YOU were wrong for having a perm? She called you a conformist for straigtening your hair, and acted as if she was high and mighty? Now imagine having to live with her. What man would want to deal with that?

 

– Self Hate could be a motive – We can’t ignore it like it doesn’t exist, some men just don’t like anything that reminds them of their african roots. They date girls with the palest skin, the silkiest hair and more ethnicities than you can fit on a scantron. I can’t feel sorry for those men or even be mad at them. Yes, their preference is a little “skewed”, and it may be quite dumb, but it’s them who miss out on beautiful black women. Why dwell on what they’re losing?
