The Feds Were Watching! Photo Evidence Shows Tekashi69 At Various Robberies And Shootings

They say these days you never know who, what, where, when, why or how someone could be watching you. Apparently, #Tekashi69 and his Tr3way fam didn’t expect the feds to have photos and videos of them during alleged crimes, and now, the evidence is headed to court to make sure the rapper doesn’t get bail. 

Federal prosecutors filed documents,  which include more than a dozen photos of Tekashi, his ex-manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan (aka Tr3way) and other crew members pulling armed robberies and shootings.

According to the docs obtained by #TMZ, authorities took videos from 6ix9ine’s phone and other members of his crew and matched them with surveillance videos of an April armed robbery in Brooklyn. Police say the images prove Shotti conducted the robbery and they believe Tekashi watched from the street and recorded video.

Another part of evidence matched shots of a backpack that was stolen, then later found in Tekashi’s home during a Sept. raid that also turned up an AR-15 rifle.

It’s being reported that Prosecutors filed the images as proof Tekashi should be held without bail because they believe he’s a flight risk. They stated, “he frequently takes as much as $100,000 in a single [bank] withdrawal.” 

Tekashi 69 currently remains in federal custody without bail and his attorney, Lance Lazzaro, stands firm on his client’s innocence, stating, “Daniel Hernandez is innocent and was never part of a criminal enterprise. He should never have been indicted.”
