Nicki Minaj’s husband has been granted internet access by a judge.
Kenneth Petty was barred from using the internet without a supervisor due to his pending criminal case for not registering as a sex offender.
According to TMZ, Kenneth submitted legal documents asking a California judge to lift the internet restrictions. It was approved by the judge Monday after prosecutors accepted his request.
Kenneth registered as a sex offender in California after he was arrested for failing to do so. He pleaded not guilty for the crime and was later released.
His status as a sex offender came from being convicted of first-degree attempted rape in New York in 1995.
Nicki’s husband currently has a curfew and is required to wear an ankle bracelet while he waits for his court date next month.
