As the current NBA season is still on hold, many players in the league have been donating money to employees of their team’s arena affected by the crisis.

Now, Phoenix Suns player Devin Booker has donated $100,000 for coronavirus relief efforts.

Not only that, but according to Duane Rankin of AZCentral.com, the Phoenix Suns will also match Booker’s donation.

Booker also intends to raise more funds for relief efforts through a Twitch Livestream.

According to Marc J. Spears of The Undefeated, Booker’s campaign on Twitch will benefit nonprofit organizations such as the Arizona Food Bank Network, Bleacher Report reveals.

According to CNBC’s Jessica Golden, the sports agency is dedicated to helping those in need during this crisis with the “Athletes for Relief,” fundraiser.

Robert Sarver, owner of the Suns, recently told John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports 98.7 FM, that the team will pay employees of the Talking Stick Resort Arena for all games and events canceled due to the current pandemic caused by the coronavirus outbreak.
