A second drug dealer has admitted misconduct in the Mac Miller overdose case.
Ryan Reavis, 38, agreed to a plea deal with the feds that might result in him serving time in prison.
Reavis pled guilty to a single count of fentanyl distribution this week. He could face up to 20 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release if he accepts the plea agreement, although it’s probable he’ll get a lighter sentence.
Reavis had been apprehended by cops in Arizona, so it was unclear how he was linked to Mac Millers’s death. It was later revealed that he was in L.A. around the time the fatal pills were obtained for the rapper, according to the feds.
Reavis allegedly gave the fentanyl-laced oxycodone tablets to Miller’s suspected drug dealer Cameron Pettit on orders from Stephen Walter, who pleaded guilty to trafficking fentanyl in October.
It was previously reported that when authorities apprehended Reavis in 2019, charging documents stated that officers discovered a doctor’s prescription pad at his residence.
The accused supplier and the suspected runner have pled guilty in the chain of people arrested in connection with Mac Miller’s overdose death.
The alleged dealer, Pettit’s case is still pending.
