Jonathan Majors U.S. Army “Be All You Can Be” Ad Campaign Pulled Following His Arrest

After Jonathan Majors‘ arrest, the U.S. Army has withdrawn an advertising campaign that promoted the slogan “Be All You Can Be.”

If you’re unaware, Majors was arrested on Saturday for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend. The news drew major attention seeing as though Majors was on the rise to become a fan favorite. Prior to his arrest, the “Creed III” actor was featured on two U.S. Army ads. Unfortunately, following the arrest, the Army wasted no time halting their relationship with Majors.

“The U.S. Army is aware of the arrest of Jonathan Majors and we are deeply concerned by the allegations surrounding his arrest,” Laura DeFrancisco, the public affairs chief for the Army Enterprise Marketing Office, said in a statement on Sunday. “While Mr. Majors is innocent until proven guilty, prudence dictates that we pull our ads until the investigation into these allegations is complete.”

Nevertheless, Majors’ lawyer, Priya Chaudhry, denies the claims and says the only reason Majors was arrested was because it’s standard protocol for the charge.

“Jonathan Majors is completely innocent and is provably the victim of an altercation with a woman he knows,” Chaudhry said. “All the evidence proves that Mr. Majors is entirely innocent and did not assault her whatsoever.”

Majors was arrested on strangulation, assault and harassment charges around 11:00 am. That same night, Majors was released from custody and the woman allegedly suffered minor injuries to her head and neck.
