Jeezy is taking legal action against one-time trusted members of his team, accusing them of withholding critical financial records and profiting off his success.
In legal documents filed Monday and obtained by TMZ, Jeezy accuses his longtime manager Solomon Fornie and business partner Eddie Bridgeman of allegedly getting rich off of him and possibly attempting to conceal it.
According to the filing, Jeezy and Fornie had a decade-long working relationship before launching Agency 99 to manage his earnings as a recording artist. Bridgeman’s company, The SaiSai Group, was later brought in to oversee Agency 99’s financial affairs, but Jeezy claims he later discovered Bridgeman was not a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
By late 2024, Jeezy says he became frustrated with the lack of transparency and began the process of severing ties with Fornie and Bridgeman. However, he alleges they have blocked his efforts to access the company’s books and records.
Without the records, Jeezy says he’s unable to comply with Georgia law regarding the reinstatement or dissolution of Agency 99. Now, he’s turning to the courts to force them to hand over the documents.
Additionally, Jeezy is seeking damages.
