Diddy’s Attorney Responds to Amended Indictment: “He Vehemently Denies the Accusations”

Sean “Diddy” Combs is pushing back against new allegations introduced in a superseding indictment filed by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York.

In a statement, Combs’ attorney Marc Agnifilo reaffirmed the music mogul’s denial of all charges, calling the accusations false and emphasizing that his client is ready to fight them in court.

“Mr. Combs has said it before and will say it again: he vehemently denies the accusations made by the SDNY,” Agnifilo said. “He looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will. Many former employees stand by his side, prepared to attest to the dedication, hard work, and inspiration they experienced while helping build groundbreaking, award-winning businesses.”

The 15-page superseding indictment, filed Thursday, expands on previous allegations in Combs’ racketeering case, introducing new claims related to forced labor but not adding new victims or additional charges.

This filing follows a January 30 indictment, which accused Combs of dangling a victim over an apartment balcony and coercing two additional women into commercial sex acts. It also expanded the racketeering timeline to 2004 and added psilocyn and methamphetamine to the list of alleged narcotics activity connected to Combs.

Originally indicted in September, Combs faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has repeatedly denied all allegations as his legal team continues to criticize the case.

Combs remains in federal custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, with his trial set for May.
