Owing taxes is not the best way to stay very very rich, Nene! Back in July the State of California slapped Nene and her pizza franchise, Famous Famiglia, with a $25,212 tax lien. From the documents, it looks as though Nene neglected to pay her taxes from 2009 to 2011. A few budget cuts from her very elaborate wedding probably could have covered that.
Nene isn’t the only one who’s under Uncle Sam’s fire. Hubby Greg Leakes also owes $45,752 to the State of Georgia. This isn’t the best way to start off a re-marriage is it?
