Investigators said the victim was working as an Uber Eats driver when she was fatally stabbed in the neck during a robbery at the Northern Cross apartments in Haltom City around 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 23.

Haltom City Police detectives say the plan was to steal Munsie’s vehicle, but it turned deadly. Marshall and another individual involved were both 14 years old at the time and were arrested days later.

Marshall was tried as an adult and received a 45-year prison sentence. The juvenile involved also pleaded guilty but was sentenced as a juvenile for Aggravated Robbery.
