3 Phrases to Leave In 2017

It’s almost the new year and in the true fashion of “out with the old and in with the new,” here are a few phrases that we shouldn’t bring with us into 2018:

”Lit”-First it was “turnt” and then there was “lit”. We’ve added this term to our everyday vocabulary, but it’s starting to become a little played out.

“Issa”-The summer of 2017 was all about “Issa”, so much so, that that’s what 21 Savage titled his album. Though it was a cute phase, it’s time to move to on to something else.

“Slay”-“Slay” really should have disappeared after 2016, but since we gave it an extended time frame, 2017 should definitely be its final term.
