The buzz around Netflix’s “Sean Combs: The Reckoning” hasn’t slowed 50 Cent one bit; in fact, he’s only turned up the energy online.
Fresh off a Miami Art Week appearance at Club E11EVEN, 50 Cent hopped on Instagram to share a photo of a flower delivery addressed to him at the club. But it wasn’t just the bouquet that caught attention. Fif implied the flowers were from Diddy, who’s currently incarcerated, writing, “What kinda gay s**t is this Diddy send me flowers at club 11 LOL why all the four play get busy, you know I’m stupid.”
The post quickly made waves, sparking reactions across social media. However, Diddy’s team was not allowing the story to fester. They denied that he had any involvement with the mystery flowers.
“Didn’t happen,” the spokesperson said in a statement, adding, “Perhaps someone played a joke in poor taste.”
While Diddy’s team brushed off the floral fiasco, 50 wasn’t done. He jumped back into the comments and wrote, “A warning, I’m 90s grimy. … you don’t warn me. LOL.”
This all comes as Diddy’s camp continues to battle “The Reckoning” doc with cease-and-desist letters and public denials, calling the footage unauthorized and the claims misleading. Still, Netflix is standing firm behind the director and the content.
