50 Cent Warns That Kanye West Is In A “Dangerous Area” After Recent Controversy [Video]

Kanye West’s recent controversy has sparked a widespread reaction from fans, former friends, fellow celebrities and much more. While most have condemned the “Good Life” rapper for his offensive remarks, particularly his antisemitic views and lies about George Floyd, others have shown him grace, citing his mental issues and shock jock tendencies.

In a recent interview with Hot 97’s Ebro Darden, 50 Cent became the latest celebrity to discuss Ye’s recent behaviors, and as someone who is no stranger to backlash and controversy, the “In the Club” rapper warned that Ye is approaching dangerous territory.

“I forgive him for the things he said, because I’ve already identified when something going on that I don’t understand,” 50 said. “It’s become his new mannerisms and his behaviors consistently with just doing things, even the ‘White Lives Matter’ thing. There’s nothing for me to say about it.”

“I watch it take place and I just look and I go, ‘Okay, yeah, that’s him doing what he does,’ Like what Kanye would do,” he said. “Even the original Trump support thing was a little out there for me.”

“One week it’s ‘I don’t want my kids raised by a white woman,’ and the next week it’s ‘I wanna go home’,” 50 continued, adding that ‘Ye doesn’t even know what he’s saying. “You don’t know exactly what  — crazy is unpredictable. Unpredictability is entertaining, you don’t know what’s going to happen next.”

“He’s offering a description of crazy, but when you start getting in certain areas they not gonna actually be compassionate for what’s going on with him,” the rapper-turned-businessman added.

Over the past few years, ‘Ye has become known for his outrageous outbursts and outlandish behaviors. From his previous Trump support to the red hat, to his “slavery is a choice” comments, followed by the online harassment and exposure of his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, and her ex-boyfriend, Pete Davidson. But this month, ‘Ye shifted from the Anti-Black rhetoric to full-blown antisemitism. It first started with a tweet that claimed that he would go “death con 3 on Jewish People,” which resulted in his removal from the social media platform. Then he went on Drink Champs to spew even more hate-filled views, which resulted in the removal of the episode.
