Antonio Cromartie’s Mother Accuses Him Of Evicting Her From The House He Bought

Sade Scott, sister of NFL star Antonio Cromartie, is making some harsh allegations about her brother. Earlier today she posted what appeared to be an eviction notice, on her Facebook page. The eviction notice was addressed to her mother, Cassandra Wilkerson, and said that she owed $2,310 in unpaid rent. The notice, dated August 10, said that Wilkerson must pay the back rent or vacate the premises within three days. According to Gardner, Antonio purchased the home for her back in 2007 and everything was all good until recently, when he asked her to pay $700/month in rent.

Despite the Facebook post from Antonio’s sister, reps for the Baller say that this isn’t exactly the truth. Not only has his mother been paying rent since 2011 (up until refusing to do so in June 2016), she’s also come into money and has the means to pay.

Antonio’s mother just received a 60k insurance settlement from a car accident and will close on a new home next week. This is the reason why she no longer wanted to pay the mortgage,” a rep for Cromartie says. “She and her husband make between 8-10k per month. Antonio has expressed to his mom that his family and kids are his priority and that she has to pay the mortgage as agreed upon. However, since she is moving into a new home, she decided to default on the loan that is in his name. His mom has stolen money from him in the past and they have extorted money. His sister created a go fund me account in order to play the sympathy role and to continue to extort money from strangers.”

Terricka Cromartie, Antonio’s wife, also posted text messages to Instagram which show that Antonio’s mother said she no longer desires to pay the rent, so she has found another home and will sell the house to someone else. You can read those text messages, plus Terricka’s comments on the situation below.
