Baller Sent Peen Pics & Now Faced With Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

Here’s a prime example of when Hoe Sh-t goes wrong. Erika Ross Smith, a former employee of the Golden State Warriors filed a sexual harassment suit against Warriors Guard Monta Ellis began sending her racy text messages in November 10th, including photos of his penis. She also accuses the Warriors of covering up, bribing and eventually firing her once Ellis’ wife found out about the lude messages.

Reps for the Warriors deny the allegations and say that the relationship between Smith and Ellis was consensual. When we were made aware of a consensual relationship between Mr. Ellis and the plaintiff, we did what an organization should do. We told both to stop — promptly, directly and fairly,” he said. “The Warriors have never taken any action against the plaintiff for any inappropriate reason, and we deny the allegations she is making.”

Smith’s lawyers say that the messages were indeed not consensual. “It was absolutely, unequivocally 100 percent not consensual,” she said. “And if it was, why was my client’s job duties removed and nothing was done to Mr. Ellis? To me that smacks of sexual harassment.”

These Ballers have no manners. Now, I don’t believe that the messages weren’t consensual because clearly he got her number from her and at any time if she felt she was being harassed, she could have changed it. She liked the attention, I’m sure. But should she have been fired with no repercussions to the player? Not unless there was some clause in her employment code of conduct that said you aren’t allowed to carry on a relationship with a player. Otherwise, she was wrongfully fired.
